Wet, With Some Storms Over Weekend

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Look for early morning fog with lows near 57 inland and a bit warmer at the beach.

A strong, wet system is on the way for the weekend. Some of the thunderstorms on Sunday morning may be severe to the west of Jax.

At this point, it looks like the heaviest rain over the weekend will be late Saturday and the first half of Sunday, with only lighter showers later.

Winds will be out of the east Saturday and stronger as well as warm out of the south on Sunday.
